does anyone know how to rip audio from you tube. tried a couple of the sites when i googled it but none are any good

one i use is www.video2mp3.net you just copy and paste the web address of the video / song into the box and it rips it and converts it to mp3 for you

Or you can use audacity. This Is a prgram I have been using for years. Copies directly from speaker output and converts it to mp3. You can edit it but unfortuneatly you have to listen in realtime. Can be tedious... Not instant

oh i didnt know you could do that with audicity ive only ever used it for recording stuff(with the mic) and editing stuff
