new graphics card?

after trying and failing to test bc2 on my pc i started thinking about what graphics card to get, and then it dawned on me i dont know much about graphics cards as a whole,nevermind what ones have pixel /vertex shader version 3 on them lol so i was wondering do any of you guys know what cards have that? preferably one not to expensive but i know its going to be money well spent

The best place to start off mate is figure out how much u eant to spend then go hunting for a gd one in that price range, as all new cards will have that shader version
